At JSB-Tech LLC, we like to provide some proof that the products work before we sell them to you, so we will provide a lower cost proof of concept if possible before rolling out the finished product.  I like to see the results myself before I make a purchase if possible.

General Question

I would like to provide general help here.

Working in education at a university I found that there a lot of people young and in the later years needing basic technology help. I thought I would lay some info out here for you all to get some basic information about using a computer. Now you may know this stuff but it is hear for the people that dont.

What is a shortcut on closing programs

Once you have any program open in windows you are able to press and hold the alt button + the F4 key at the top. This will close the program without having to go to file, exit. Make sure to save any work before closing the said application.

When you install software, some software may require to run it as administrator.

To do this right click on the setup file and choose "run as administrator" done. Note: you have to be an administrator of the machine for this to work or know the local administrator username and password.
