Technician will upgrade or re-load the operating system, customer will need to have all licensing material. If customer would like to purchase the upgrade, we will install the upgrade on your system. We will attempt to backup all data on the system but it is not our responsibility to backup your data, the customer should always have their own backup, JSB-TECH LLC is not liable for lost data.
